About Us

In 2020, experienced building supervisor John Davis and retired attorney Anthony Johnson started Changing Lanes together.  John was a formerly incarcerated youth himself who turned his life around by teaching himself how to be a building supervisor.  He started Changing Lanes with the goal of giving formerly incarcerated, at-risk, and low income people opportunities and resources that he did not have when was released from prison.  

Over the next several months, John and Tony assembled a team of dedicated professionals to make their vision of a free building management training program a reality.
